Everything in this world whether we like it or not will surely change its composition as time passes and that sometimes we don't notice it.

Anger Always Hides Another Feeling
Nobody wants to be angry or even getting upset on anything around us. But sometimes even how we tried to avoid it, it really comes in small or big packages. And mostly anger results to an unhealthy feeling. It causes heart and body pain or may be death. Some years ago, I've read something from a magazine that describes what anger is. It says that anger is a defensive feeling that protects another feeling. That the deeper feeling might be sadness, loss, hurt, rejection, or vengeance- or it might be a feeling of guilt, sacrifice, frustration, or disappointment. The deeper feeling can be part of a power struggle, or because we feel so dead, we think a little anger would at least get things moving a bit. Like anger, rage is also a cover for other feelings. We become enraged so as not to feel our helplessness, humiliation or mortification. We summon rage to protect us from major heartbreak, jealousy, loneliness, and burnout. Sometimes, a quick way to move through our anger is simply to ask ourselves, "What is the feeling underneath this." If we are willing to feel the feeling beneath the anger, the anger immediately disappears, and we move on to the deeper feeling that the anger is defending. May be this statement somehow explains and may advice us to understand what makes us angry sometimes, and analyze yourself if you will dwell on the unhealthy feeling. Learn to divert anger into a joke if you can, but if not just close your eyes and count from one to ten. And also take note before I forget, anger also causes wrinkles!
