My wish for my birthday

Oh, yes I care about the day I was born. I have reminisced some of my past experiences during my younger years and now here I am 48 years old. In spite of so many challenges that I've been through all those years I'm not getting tired to stretch out to understand difficult people around me. May be sometimes irritating attitudes can makes me give in a moment. But at the end it's nice to leave people of what they want me to do for them. At age 48, there's still to work out. Yes my 3 kids, I’ve done one step for Kathy. My next job is for Korina. And Michael will follow. I will not waste my time again, though it was not regretful because I know I've done so much for other people and they teach me again to be quite just focus on my kids. Because how pleasing my deeds to them they still misunderstood and abused my being. Just like my friend said, "Because they are our children and we love them so much more than our lives, we over look their characters that others find it wrong. I wish a career for my kids this time because again, I fell alone raising them.

Lenten Season

It was just a year ago and here we are celebrating Lenten season again.Lenten is the time of preparation for Easter, the greatest feast of the Church. During Lent, we are asked to focus on changing our lives through prayer, fasting, and alms giving. It is also the time when the catechumens, with the prayerful of the parish community, complete their final preparation for the sacraments of initiation. The Lenten Season lasts for 40 days, beginning on Ash Wednesday and ending at noon of Holy Thursday.

The Holy Week, which extends from Passion Sunday (Palm Sunday)until Holy Saturday, includes the last days of Lent and the first days the Easter Triduum. The week begins with Palm Sunday, which recalls the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem. At the Chrism Mass on the morning of Holy Thursday the bishop of its diocese, concelebrating with these priest, blesses the sacred oil that will be used for the celebration sacraments during the coming year.

The liturgical color during Lent is violet, which symbolizes the efforts for penance and reflection.
